Der ASA-FF fördert entwicklungspolitische Bildung, internationale Verständigung und neue Konzepte mit den Methoden des Globalen Lernens. In Chemnitz und in Südwestsachsen betreiben wir dies vor allem mit den Mitteln der Kultur. Ziel dabei ist es, gesellschaftliche Impulse aus Kunst und Kultur zu fördern und dabei politische Aspekte zu berücksichtigen. In Chemnitz sind wir seit 2015 aktiv. Hier sind die drei größten Projekte des ASA-FF beheimatet: neue unentd_ckte narrative, Offener Prozess und Gründungsgarage.
Kulturelle und künstlerische Produktionen sind per se politisch. Der Verein und seine Projekte (seien es Ausstellungen, Theaterstücke, Filme, Spiele, Bücher, Workshops, Bildungsreisen) haben immer zum Ziel, diese Perspektive inhaltlich zu bearbeiten und ein Bewusstsein für die politische Ebene innerhalb kultureller Produktionen, Formate und Werke mitzudenken. Wir produzieren, wir beantragen Projekte, vernetzen Kulturakteure mit Akteuren aus anderen Sektoren (Zivilgesellschaft, Wissenschaft, Politik) und produzieren gemeinsam. Wir sind auch Ausrichter von Festivals wie "Der Rahmen ist Programm".
The ASA-FF promotes development education, international understanding and new concepts with the methods of global learning. In Chemnitz and in Southwest Saxony, we do this primarily through the means of culture. The aim is to promote social impulses from art and culture and to take political aspects into account. We have been active in Chemnitz since 2015. The three largest projects of the ASA-FF are based here: neue unentd_ckte narrative, Offener Prozess and Gründungsgarage.
Cultural and artistic productions are always political. The association and its projects (e.g. exhibitions, plays, films, games, books, workshops, educational trips) always aim to work on this perspective and to think along with an awareness of the political level within cultural productions, formats and works. We produce, we apply for projects, we network cultural actors with actors from other sectors (civil society, science, politics) and produce together. We also organize festivals like "Der Rahmen ist Programm".
